The Governing Council (GC) is the leadership body of the PIChE College of Fellows, composed of the Chairman, Vice-Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer, and Public Relations Officer, with the PIChE National President as ex-officio member. It directs the programs, policies, and operations of PCOF in support of professional excellence and service.
